本课题组主要利用功能核酸搭建用于诊断和治疗的新工具以实现生物学和医学领域的应用,包括:1、基于变构核酸的生物标志物可视化检测;2、基于核酸适配体的靶向递送;3、基于核酸分子器件的靶向蛋白质降解。
